Booking & Sessions

Everything you need to know about scheduling and appointments

Booking is simple! Browse our counsellors, choose one that fits your needs, select an available time slot, and complete the booking form. You'll receive a confirmation email with session details and video link. First-time clients also complete a brief intake form to help us understand your needs.

Session rates vary by counselor and typically range from ₦80,000-150,000 per 50-minute session. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, and offer flexible payment plans. Some insurance plans may cover our services - check with your provider. We also offer sliding scale fees based on income.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. We understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Frequency varies based on your needs and goals. Typically, clients start with weekly sessions for the first 4-6 weeks, then may transition to bi-weekly or monthly sessions as progress is made. Your counselor will work with you to determine the best schedule for your situation.

You'll need a stable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a private space where you won't be interrupted. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers for the best experience. Test your equipment before your first session.

Absolutely! We use HIPAA-compliant video platforms and encryption to protect your privacy. All sessions are encrypted, and your personal information is stored securely. We never share your information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

If you experience technical issues, your counselor will work with you to resolve them. We have backup communication methods including phone sessions if needed. Our support team is also available during business hours to help with technical problems.
